Friday evening arrivals mostly ask the same question in different words: what is there to do here? The honest answer is less than they expect, and it takes most guests until Saturday afternoon to stop checking their phone for the schedule that isn't coming.

There's a kitchen garden walk before dinner that isn't guided, just available -- most people go anyway, mostly because dinner is coming from it in about an hour and it's satisfying to see the vegetables still attached to something. Mornings start whenever the birds get loud enough, which in the dry season is around 5:45 and in monsoon can run past seven.

By Sunday checkout, the guests who arrived asking about the schedule are usually the ones asking whether the plots at the back of the property are still available. That's not an accident -- it's the same reason we don't build a full activities board. A property that fills every hour doesn't leave room to notice you'd rather stay.
