The Riverbank Plot
Chikmagalur, Karnataka
How The Riverbank Plot came to be
The Riverbank Plot is the earliest-stage project we've publicly named. It's forty acres running along a seasonal tributary of the Hemavati, chosen specifically because the water table here has stayed stable through three consecutive dry years when neighboring land didn't. We're currently a year into the same sequence every Two Frogs project follows before it opens: soil testing, water harvesting design, and a survey of what's already growing along the bank so the eventual layout can work around it instead of through it. Nothing is for sale yet -- we're publishing this page early because it's the stage where the decisions that matter most actually get made.
