Two Frogs Farm
Where it all began
How Two Frogs Farm came to be
Before there was a company, there were four acres of degraded, rock-strewn land that nobody else wanted. We bought it in 2016 with no plan to sell anything -- just a bet that the soil could recover if someone was patient enough to rebuild it properly. Eighteen months of compost, cover crops, and water harvesting later, the first trees went in. Ten years on, this is still where we test everything before it reaches an owner's plot: new irrigation layouts, new tree species, new composting methods. It isn't a product. It's the reason we trust the rest of what we build.

Our Growing Story
Getting here
Two Frogs Farm isn't open for plot visits, but it's the first stop on our team's onboarding for every new hire and the site we bring prospective owners to before they see a project that's actually for sale -- proof of method before proof of concept.
